1. Introduction

YoungzeeBot is a self-service automation platform that enables users to set up and manage bot instances through a web-based dashboard. Once activated, the bot connects to your chat session and operates by responding to commands you send directly in your chat.

2. How the Bot Operates

• When connected, the bot only processes messages that match recognized commands. It does not read, scan, or interact with any other messages in your chat.
• When you send a valid command, the bot executes the instruction and replies directly in your chat with the result.
• A full list of available commands, their syntax, and usage descriptions is maintained exclusively in the YoungzeeBot Console on your dashboard — this is the only official command reference.
• Every command you send and every response the bot gives is logged in your Console, giving you a complete record of all bot activity on your account.

The bot's entire function is limited to receiving your commands, processing them, and delivering responses back to your chat. All associated activity is recorded in your Console for your review at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You bear sole responsibility for how you operate the bot and everything that happens under your account. This includes:

• Every command you send is treated as your own deliberate instruction — you are accountable for the outcomes.
• You must ensure that your use of the platform and the bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and dashboard access secure at all times.
• You must not share your account or Console access with any other person.

4. No Guarantee Against Restrictions

YoungzeeBot does not guarantee protection against account restrictions, temporary limitations, suspensions, or any form of account action taken by the messaging service your bot connects to. You use the platform at your own risk in this regard. YoungzeeBot is not liable for any disruption, limitation, or loss of access to your messaging account that may occur as a result of bot activity.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans unlock additional features, higher resource limits, and extended capabilities for a defined period. Subscription benefits expire automatically at the end of the purchased period — there is no automatic renewal unless you explicitly choose to renew through your dashboard.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate resource allocation upon activation, all payments are non-refundable once a bot instance has been activated.

• Activated bots — no refunds, regardless of usage duration, results, or personal dissatisfaction.
• Coin purchases — final and non-reversible.
• Subscription fees — non-refundable even if you stop using the Service before the period ends.
• Promotional or discounted activations carry the same non-refundable terms.

7. Prohibited Usage

You may not use YoungzeeBot for any of the following:

• Sending spam or mass unsolicited messages through the bot.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity of any kind.
• Harassment, intimidation, or abuse directed at any person or group.
• Distributing malware, harmful software, or malicious content.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the policies of the messaging service the bot connects to.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with YoungzeeBot's infrastructure or command processing system.

8. Account Suspension

YoungzeeBot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these conditions, engages in prohibited usage, or otherwise misuses the platform. Decisions regarding suspension are final and at YoungzeeBot's sole discretion.

9. Service Availability

We make every effort to deliver stable uptime and consistent availability. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed at all times. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure changes, or factors outside our control. We will communicate planned maintenance through the dashboard where possible.

10. Changes to These Conditions

YoungzeeBot may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised conditions.
